2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be:

- Able to enter into a legally binding agreement
- Not barred from using our services under applicable laws
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.
- Refund Policy: A 100% refund is available if participants complete all course lessons, activities, and quizzes within 90 days and provide documented proof that the steps were followed with no results.
Annual facilitator fees and facilitator course fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
5. Facilitator Terms
Facilitators are independent contractors, not employees of The Tandem Methods. Facilitators must:
- Complete the official facilitator training
- Maintain annual license fees to remain active
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Follow all program guidelines and ethical conduct standards
We reserve the right to revoke facilitator status if these terms are violated.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, trademarks, videos, slides, handouts, and materials are the property of The Tandem Methods or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission
- Use our branding or content for commercial purposes without written consent
Facilitators may use licensed materials for the sole purpose of delivering The Tandem Methods programs.
7. Code of Conduct
All users, participants, and facilitators agree to:
- Engage respectfully with others
- Avoid discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior
- Use the program only for personal growth and professional facilitation
Violations may result in removal from the program and termination of access.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or success from participating in our programs.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tandem Methods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our programs at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, especially in the event of:
- Misuse of materials
- Failure to pay
- Violations of these Terms
