2. The Core Exchange

Facilitators earn money while guiding sessions.

3. Program Structure

Facilitators:

  • Complete The Reset Program (24 weeks)
  • Apply for facilitator training
  • Get certified and start leading groups

Clients:

  • Enroll in the 24-week Reset Program
  • Join a group led by a certified graduate facilitator
  • Experience growth in a supportive, graduate-only environment

4. Group Experience

Groups of 6–12 graduates

2 Weekly 2-hour sessions (Zoom)

Focus: clarity, career development, mindset, productivity, health, financial planning

Peer accountability + structured exercises = faster results

5. Financial Structure

25% goes to the Facilitator

15% goes to the Personal Development Coach

10% goes to Referrals (per signup)

50% goes to Tandem HQ (the company)
