2. The Core Exchange
Facilitators earn money while guiding sessions.
Clients (employed grads) improve their lives with a proven 24-week pathway.
Tandem Methods™ HQ trains, certifies, and ensures quality.
3. Program Structure
Facilitators:
- Complete The Reset Program (24 weeks)
- Apply for facilitator training
- Get certified and start leading groups
Clients:
- Enroll in the 24-week Reset Program
- Join a group led by a certified graduate facilitator
- Experience growth in a supportive, graduate-only environment
4. Group Experience
Groups of 6–12 graduates
2 Weekly 2-hour sessions (Zoom)
Focus: clarity, career development, mindset, productivity, health, financial planning
Peer accountability + structured exercises = faster results
5. Financial Structure
25% goes to the Facilitator
15% goes to the Personal Development Coach
10% goes to Referrals (per signup)
50% goes to Tandem HQ (the company)
