Eligibility for the 100% Refund Guarantee

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, participants must:

  1. Complete the Entire Program
    Attend and actively participate in all 24 live online sessions. Attendance will be verified through session records or instructor logs.
  2. Complete All Required Activities
    Submit all assigned exercises, worksheets, and reflections as requested throughout the program.
  3. Participate Fully and in Good Faith
    Engage respectfully and constructively in group discussions, activities, and breakout sessions.
  4. Request a Refund in Writing
    Submit your refund request within 7 calendar days after the final session by emailing:

    • Confirmation that you completed all program requirements
  5. One Refund Per Participant
    The guarantee applies only to the first enrollment by a participant. Re-enrollments, partial programs, or repeat participants are not eligible.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 7-day post-completion period.
  • Refunds are not available for participants who do not complete the program requirements listed above.
